• You understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee product availability, as our initial launch quantities may be limited.

Because Blavami is inspired by and operates across borders, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Miami FL, USA.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are a resident.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
