Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Blavami collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you visit the website, join the waitlist, apply for product testing, or communicate with us.
1. Information We Collect
During the pre-launch phase, we limit collection to information needed to manage interest, product testing, communications, security, and website performance.
Information you provide
- Waitlist data: first name, email address, market, audience type, email consent, and referral attribution.
- Tester applications: first name, email address, general location, current body-wash format, intended use cases, product priorities, and application responses.
- Contact and trade inquiries: the information and message you submit through our forms or email links.
- Communications: replies, product feedback, survey answers, and requests you send to us.
Information collected automatically
- Aggregate website analytics: page views, referral source, campaign parameters, device category, country-level location, and conversion events when our analytics service is enabled.
- Security data: limited request information used by Cloudflare and Turnstile to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and verify form submissions.
2. How We Use Information
- Manage the pre-launch waitlist and Founding 1,000 referral program.
- Send requested product-development, tester, early-access, and launch communications.
- Review and operate product testing rounds.
- Respond to customer, press, creator, retail, hospitality, and partnership inquiries.
- Measure which pages and campaigns generate qualified interest.
- Protect the site, prevent spam, troubleshoot problems, and comply with applicable obligations.
3. Service Providers
We do not sell personal data. We use providers that perform services on our behalf, including:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, security, and bot protection.
- Resend: contact-list management, audience segmentation, and email delivery when configured.
- Plausible Analytics: privacy-focused aggregate website measurement when configured.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
4. Analytics, Cookies, and Local Storage
Our planned analytics configuration uses Plausible Analytics, which is designed to measure aggregate website usage without placing analytics cookies or building individual visitor profiles.
We use limited browser storage to remember first-touch and latest-touch campaign attribution and the initial landing page. This information is attached to conversion events and form submissions; it does not include your name or email address.
Essential security or form-verification technologies may store information needed to provide and protect the service. If we introduce non-essential cookie-based tools in the future, we will update this notice and implement any required controls before enabling them.
5. Marketing and Product-Testing Emails
Waitlist and tester forms ask you to confirm that you want the relevant emails. You can withdraw that permission at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided in an email, replying with an unsubscribe request, or contacting us.
Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent us from sending a necessary response to a request you initiated or from retaining limited records where required for security, compliance, or suppression purposes.
6. International Processing and Retention
Blavami serves audiences in the United States and Spain/EU. Service providers may process information in multiple countries under their contractual and legal safeguards.
We retain waitlist and tester information while the pre-launch program is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you request deletion or a longer period is necessary for a legitimate operational or legal reason. Unsubscribe and suppression records may be retained so that we can honor your choice.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent.
Use the contact page to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
8. Security and Age Limits
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
The website is not directed to children under 16. The product tester panel is limited to applicants who confirm that they are at least 18 years old.
9. Changes and Contact
We will update this policy as the product, commerce systems, and data practices change. The effective date below identifies the current version.
Questions or requests can be submitted through the contact page.
